Les Universiades 1 is a studio in the heart of Saint-Brieuc town centre in Brittany. Fully renovated and well laid out, this 20 m² studio accommodates up to 2 guests, with a sleeping area in the living room. The living space includes a kitchenette, a TV area and storage. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The interior is all on one level, with no steps. You will be right by the pedestrian street, with its shops, services and restaurants, as well as local schools and secondary schools. Public transport is within walking distance, and the sea is easily reached by bus. Sports facilities, shops and other services are in the neighbourhood; everything is within walking distance. Saint-Brieuc is a lively town that regularly hosts concerts, exhibitions and other cultural events. Bed linen and towels are provided. Cleaning is included in the price. The studio is on the first floor of a secure residential building where some owners also live. A lift is available from the ground-floor entrance. Pets and parties are not allowed. Please keep noise to a minimum and keep the studio clean.
